Always a great experience

Another solid order from Thenextgardener. I picked up some more Haworthia and a couple of those small Ceramic Succulent Pots. Everything arrived quickly, well-packed, and in perfect condition, just like my previous purchases. It's why I keep coming back; the consistency is really nice.

Decent order, slight shipping delay

I ordered an Echeveria Rainbow and some Organic Succulent Potting Mix. The ordering process was straightforward on their site. It took about 3 days for the order to ship out, then another 4 days for it to reach me in California, which was a little longer than I expected for a plant order. The Echeveria itself looked healthy, and the potting mix was exactly what I needed. I had a quick question about tracking, and their customer service responded within a few hours, which was helpful. Everything was packed securely, so no damage to the plant or soil. The plant labels I added on were also simple and effective. Overall, a good experience, just plan for a week or so for delivery.

Healthy plants, but slow processing

I ordered a few Rare Echeveria and a propagation tray. The plants arrived looking very healthy and were well-protected in the packaging. I was really happy with the quality of the succulents themselves, they were true to the pictures on the site. However, it took them nearly a week to process my order before it even shipped. Once it did ship, delivery was quick, but that initial waiting period felt a bit long. The propagation tray was sturdy, no complaints there. I appreciate the plant health guarantee, it makes buying online less risky. A little faster order processing would make this a five-star experience.

Good value overall

I was looking for some Hardy Succulents and happened across this site. I snagged a few types that were on sale, plus got free shipping for going over $75. The plants came in good shape and seem healthy. Given the prices I saw elsewhere, I felt like I got a good deal on everything. Definitely worth the purchase if you're watching your budget.

Succulents arrived great!

Got myself some Lithops Living Stones and a nice hanging planter. They showed up looking super healthy, which was cool. Packaging was good, nothing was squished. Happy with how it turned out.
